it's real hot outside.
Smitty and I keep dreading meal times because it inevitably means cooking, which means heat, which means the temperature in the apartment becomes unbearable. So we decided to try the George Foreman grill outside, making hamburgers tonight. While the burgers are delicious (if I do say so myself), I can't say that I will be thrilled to do it again in the near future. Beyond the bee who decided he wanted my meat patty, the heat of the outdoors combined with the grill overwhelmed my little face with more warmth than I think I ever want again and may keep me from repeating this adventure. Those of you with air conditioning- PLEASE treasure it.
